Srinagar, Jan 8 , 2021: Indian troops launced  cordon and search operations in Kupwara and Shopian  districts. The troops launched  door to door  search operation in Devar Lolab area of Kupwara district.  The door-to-door search operation was underway till the filing of this report.The Indian troops also continued  door to door  search operations in several areas of Shopian district.

Srinagar, December 28 :An Indian Border Security Force (BSF) soldier committed suicide by shooting himself in Poonch district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir .The Indian soldier identified as constable PK Dass shot himself dead with his service rifle at a camp in in Mendhar area of the district, officials said. The reason behind him taking such an extreme step was not known immediately, the officials said.

 Srinagar, December 22, 2020:  The High Court in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir has dismissed the Public Interest Litigation related to Shopian fake encounter in which three innocent Kashmiri youth were killed by Indian troops in July, this year.The court asked the applicants to approach toothless of India’s National Human Rights Commission if they have any grievance of human rights violation. The PIL was filed by one Sandeep Mawa through his advocate Salih Pirzada seeking investigation by appropriate investigating agency and for registering of FIR into the matter.

Srinagar, December 22, 2020 : The Indian forces authorities arrested hundreds of Hurriyet leaders, human rights activist and youth during massive house raids in  Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir. The authorities during massive house raids arrested APHC leader, Ghulam Ahmad Gulzar, Maulvi Bashir Ahmad, Abdul Rasheed Lone, JKLF leader Muhammad Yasin Bhat, human rights activist Muhammad Ahsan Untoo, Jamaat-e-Islami Farooq Ahmad Khakhi and several others in Srinagar and other areas.

Srinagar, December 15, 2020 : The Indian government authorities in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir  forced the businessmen to keep their shops shut for two days, Tuesday and Wednesday. The shopkeepers were  forced  by Indian armed forces to stay indoors and shopkeepers to shut their business in the name of so-called  BDC election drama being held in Islamabad district and other parts  on Wednesday.   The Indian police and troops are forcing shopkeepers to shut their businesses particularly in Islamabad and Sagam areas. “The troops on Monday came to us and asked us to shut down our shops in view of the elections scheduled on 16 December,” a shopper from Lal Chowk area of Islamabad town said. Huge deployment of Indian troops has been made in and around Islamabad town to prevent anti-India and pro-freedom protests.

Srinagar, December 14, 2020:  Police authorities arrested a senior Hurriyet leader,Mushtaq Ul Islam in Srinagar, today. The authorities raided the house  of Mushtaqul Islam   in Batamaloo in Srinagar city and lodged him in Kothibagh police Srinagar in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir. Unknown gunmen shot at and killed a personal security guard Constable Manzoor Ahmad  of a PDP leader in Natipora area of  Srinagar district.An Indian soldier died due to cardiac arrest during a cordon and search operation in South Kashmir’s Shopian district, last night. Officials said that a soldier of 162 Territorial Army suffered massive cardiac arrest during the CASO in Chitragam area of Zanipora. He was immediately rushed to an Indian Army hospital in Srinagar where doctors declared him brought dead.

 سرینگر09دسمبر : بھارت کے غیر قانونی طور پر زیر قبضہ جموںوکشمیر میں بھارتی فوجیوںنے اپنی ریاستی دہشت گردی کی تازہ کارروائی کے دوران آج ضلع پلوامہ میں دو کشمیری نوجوان شہید کر دیے۔ بھارتی فوج اور سی آر پی ایف اہلکاروں نے مشترکہ طور ٹکن کو محاصرے میں لیکر تلاشی آپریشن کے دوران ان نوجوانوں کو ضلع کے علاقے ٹکن میں محاصرے اور تلاشی کی کارروائی کے دوران شہید کیا۔ تلاشی آپریشن کے دوران فوجیوں کی فائرنگ سے ایک شخص زخمی بھی ہوا۔ آخری اطلاعات تک علاقے میں قابض فوج کا آپریشن جاری تھا۔ پولیس کے ایک سینئر افسر نے ذرائع ابلاغ کے بات چیت کے دوران دعوی ٰ کیا کہ یہ نوجوان عسکریت پسند تھے جو فوجیوں کے ساتھ ایک جھڑپ میں مارے گئے۔۔یہ واقعہ پلوامہ کے ٹکن علاقے میں پیش آیا جس کے دوران ایک عام شہری بھی زخمی ہوگیا۔ہے اور زخمی شہری کو نزدیکی اسپتال پہنچایا گیا ہ
ادھر ضلع کولگام کے علاقے ملپورہ میں بھارتی فوجیوں کو لے جانے والی ایک گاڑی نے ایک معمر شخص کو ٹکر مار کر شہید کر دیا۔ے جہاں ا±س کی حالت مستحکم بتائی جارہی ہے۔  شروع کیا۔

 ۸ دسمبر ۲۰۲۰ : سرینگر/ بھارت کے شہر دہلی پولیس نے 3کشمیریوں کو گرفتا ر کیا ہے انکے افراد خانہ اور دیگر رشتہ داروں نے برستی بارش میں سرینگر کی پریس کالونی میں احتجاجی مظاہرہ کیا۔گرفتار افراد کے رشتہ داروں اور افراد خانہ نے میڈیا سے کہا ہے کہ تینوں گرفتار کشمیری بے قصور ہیں اور ا±نہیں فوری طور پر رہا کیا جانا چاہئے۔ برستی بارش میں وسطی ضلع بڈگام کے تین کنبوں کے افراد خانہ اور دیگر رشتہ داروں نے منگلور کو سرینگر میں آکر احتجاج کیا۔وہ مطالبہ کررہے تھے کہ بھارت کی دہلی پولیس کی سپیشل سیل کی جانب سے سوموار کے روز دہلی میں گرفتار کئے گئے ا±نکے لخت جگروں کو فوری طور پر رہا کیا جائے۔شکر پور دہلی میں دہلی پولیس کی اسپیشل سیل نے 5افراد کو عسکریت پسند کا دعوی کرکے انکو فرضی کیس میں پھنسا کر انکو گرفتار کیا گیا جن میں 2پنجاب اور3کشمیری ہیں۔دہلی پولیس نے دعویٰ کیا تھا کہ گرفتاریاں گولیوں کے تبادلے کے بعد عمل میں لائی گئیں۔گرفتار کشمیریوں کے افراد خانہ نے دہلی پولیس کے دعوے کو سفید جھوٹ قرار دیا۔پریس کالونی میں منگل کو برستی بارش میں مذکورہ گرفتارافراد کے افراد خانہ اور دیگر رشتہ داروں نے مظاہرہ کیا۔دہلی میں جو تین افراد گرفتار کئے گئے ،ا±ن کا تعلق بڈگام سے بتایا جاتا ہے۔احتجاجی مظاہرین میں خواتین اور بچیاں زیادہ تھیں ،جن کی آنکھوں سے آنسووں کا سمندر رواں دواں تھا ،یہ کہ رہی تھیں ،جنہیں گرفتار کیا گیا ،وہ بے قصور ہیں فوری طور پر رہا کیا جائے۔انہوں نے کہا کہ گرفتار افراد کا ملی ٹنسی سے کوئی تعلق نہیں ہے۔ان کا کہناتھا دہلی پولیس انہیں ملی ٹنسی کے کیساتھ منسلک کررہی ہے جبکہ یہ سفید جھوٹ ہے۔انہوں نے کہا کہ تینوں کا
 

 سرینگر03دسمبر / بھارتی فوجی نے ضلع بارہمولہ میں خاتون کی بے حرمتی کی ہے بھارت کے غیر قانونی زیر تسلط جموںوکشمیرمیںایک بھارتی فوج کے حوالدار نے ضلع کے علاقے اوڑی میں ایک 36سالہ کشمیری خاتون کو دھمکایا اوراس کی بے حرمتی کی ہے۔ایک سینئر پولیس افسر کے مطابق بھارتی فوج کی 173ٹریٹوریل آرمی سے تعلق رکھنے والے حوالدار پرویز حسین کو ایک مقامی خاتون کی طرف سے بے حرمتی کے خلاف درج کرائی گئی ایف آئی آر پر گرفتار کیاگیا ہے ۔انہوںنے کہاکہ مزید تفتیش جاری ہے  بھارتی فوجیوںنے سرینگر شہر کے علاقے خانیار میں تلاشی اور محاصرے کی پر تشدد کارروائی کے دوران نہتے شہریوںکو ہراساں اور خوفزدہ کیا اور ان کی املاک کو نقصان پہنچایا۔ مقامی لوگوںنے میڈیا کو بتایا ہے کہ فوجیوںنے اس دوران گھروں کی کھڑکیوںاورگاڑیوںکے شیشے توڑ دیے ۔ انہوںنے اس ظالمانہ کارروائی میں ملوث فوجی اہلکاروں کے خلاف سخت کارروائی کا مطالبہ کیا ہے ۔بھارتی فوجیوںنے علاقے میں کشمیریوںکو ہراساں کیا اور انکی املاک کو نقصان پہنچایا

Srinagar, Nov 23, 2020: Indian Army dragged  and ruthlessly beat up  a Alto driver with sticks and Butt stocks of Ak47 at Nowgam Chowk in Srinagar in IIOJK. The eyewitness namely Izat Amin Mughal told CNS that the Indian army men tried to push the driver- a young boy into the Indian army vehicle although he was repeatedly begging them for mercy despite not being guilty on Saturday evening .
