Kashmir: Tale of a mechanic who disappeared in BSF camp -January 17, 1995

Srinagar,: Jul 4 2015 : The mechanic Gulzar Ahmad Wagay used to repair vehicles and was living a happy life at Sheilpora village in south Kashmir’s  Islamabad (Anantnag) district. Being a hard worker and good mechanic, Gulzar never let his clients down and had a good clientele.
However, Gulzar’s dream to establish a full-fledged car repair center in neighbouring Achabal town was shattered  by the  Indian paramilitary   Border Security Force (BSF).

Woman stripped naked, disgraced in public in Udhampur, accused include Indain Army man

Jammu, July 04, 2015: A woman was stripped naked by a gang of five persons, including an Indian trooper in Udhampur district of Jammu region and the video of the incident uploaded on the internet, police said.
The woman was stripped in full public view by five persons in Jaganoo area of Udhampur, the police added.  The woman was riding pillion on a motorcycle. The gang intercepted the bike and started misbehaving with her. When she resisted, the culprits overpowered her and stripped her in full public view, the commissioner Udhampur district said.

12th class girl student raped by govt member Sarpanch in Poonch

Srinagar, POONCH, Mar 31: An 18-year- old 12th class girl student was raped by a govt member Sarpanch, at Baila area of Mandi tehsil in Poonch district.
 A police spokesman said that a 12th class student, had gone out in the evening,  when the Sarpanch of her village (patronized by establishment), identified as Tariq Manzoor (33), son of Manzoor Ahmed, resident of Baila in Mandi tehsil, kidnapped and raped her in a nearby field late on March 30 evening.
