Srinagar, May 13, 2020 : Indian paramilitary forces shot at and martyred a Kashmiri identified the deceased as Peer Mehrajudin in Budgam district, today. The civilian identifed as Peer Mehrajudin son of Ghulam Nabi a resident of Makhama village in Beerwah Budgamin Budgam district, today, was killed after Indian paramilitary Central Reserve Police Froce (CRPF) fired on him when he was going on his vehicle near Kawoosa Khalisa in Narbal area of the district.
Srinagar, May 12 : Several people including a woman were injured after Indian police fired pellets and teargass shells on protesters in Srinagar city. It is reported that an one eye of a youth was critically injured by pellets and may lost his one eye sight. The mother and son duo were injured after the Indian police fired pellets and tear smoke shells inside a residential house in Shamswari Khankah-e-Mo’alla area of the city.
Srinagar, May 12, 2020: Global News Service (GNS) and daily Kashmir Glory founder Tanveer-ul-Ahad passed away on Monday night. He breathed his last after a brief illness at SMHS Hospital. A young and promising journalist, Tanveer started his career working with news gathering agency PBI run by Helpline Group. 38-year-old Ahad, who is survived by wife and three children, was admitted at SMHS hospital Srinagar on Saturday with unbearable pain.
Srinagar, May 12 : Two Indian Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) officers committed suicide in two different places in Srinagar and Islamabad districts, today. A CRPF ASI Fateh Singh committed suicide by shooting self with service rifle on Tuesday morning at Akrun Mattan in Islamabad district . Reports said that Indian forces rushed to the area after hearing the gunshot and recovered Singh’s body in a pool of blood. The CRPF sub-inspector Fatah Singh who had left behind a suicide note that read: “I am afraid, I may have corona.” Officials told media men .
Srinagar, May 12, 2020 : Mobile 2G internet was restored inevening on Monday while it was suspended across Kashmir for sixth consecutive day on Monday after the killing of Hizbul Mujahideen commander Riyaz Naikoo. The mobile phones too have not been restored yet causing huge inconvenience to people amid Covid-19 pandemic in Pulwama and Shopian districts.

Srinagar, May 9, 2020: People held forceful demonstrations in Pulwama, Badgam and tried other areas of Kashmir valley against the killing of Riyaz Naikoo and other Kashmiri youth by Indian troops, paramilitary and police personnel. Indian police and paramilitary personnel subjected the protesters to brute force and firing of pellets and bullets, injuring several of them. Residents in Budgam said that Indian Army entered into the village in night raid on Friday and started vandalizing property. They also arrested locals.

Frankfurt (Germany), May 09, 2020 : , An Indian national will face trial in Germany for spying on Sikh and Kashmiri communities for notorious Indian intelligence agency, Research & Analysis Wing, commonly known as RAW. The higher regional court in the city in a statement said that Balvir allegedly provided information about figures in the Sikh opposition scene and the Kashmiri movement and their relatives in Germany and passed this on to his handlers who were working at the Indian Consulate General in Frankfurt. The trial will open on August 25. The same Frankfurt court convicted an Indian couple for spying on the same communities last December. Federal prosecutors allege the suspect, identified as 54-year-old Balvir, has been working with the Indian foreign intelligence agency Research & Analysis Wing (RA) since 2015.
