 ۱۷ ستمبر : سرینگر مقامی لوگوں نے میڈیا کو بتایا کہ بٹہ مالو فردوس آباد سرینگر میں 17ستمبر کی صبح بھارتی فوجیون کی تلاشی آپریشن کے وقت فائیرنگ کے دوران کو ( 45سالہ جواں سال خاتون کوثر ریاض زوجہ ریاض احمد) پنتا لیس سالہ ثر ریاض نامی جو خاتون شہید ہوئی ہے اس کے فرزند کا کہناہے کہ وہ لین نمبر 9میں رہتے ہیں اور علاقے میں انکاونٹر آپریشن شروع ہوتے ہی وہ اپنی گاڑی میں سوار ہوکر ماں کے ساتھ کسی محفوظ مقام کی طرف جانے لگا۔اسکا کہنا ہے کہ جب وہ لین نمبر 5کے قریب پہنچ گئے تو میری ماں بھارتی فورسزدیکھ کر گھبرا گئی اور مجھے واپس جانے پر اصرار کرنے لگی اور جوں ہی میں نے گاڑی موڑ دی تو پیچھے سے بھارتی فوجی فورسز نے اس پر گولیو ں کے کئی راونڈ چلاے جس سے میری والدہ شدید زخمی ہوگئی اور موقعے پر ہی وہ دم توڑ بیٹھی۔انہوں نے بھارتی پولیس ترجمان کے اس دعوی کو مستر د کردیا اور کہا کہ بھارتی پولیس اہلکار جھوٹ بولتے ہیں اور اپنی دہثت گردی کو چھپاتے ہیں میری ماں بھارتی فوسرز کی فائیرنگ کے نتیجے میں جاں بحق ہوئی 

 تاریخ 17 ستمبر 2020 سوپور//سوپور میں ایک24 سالہ نوجوان کی پولیس حراست میں ہلاکت کیخلاف لوگوں نے بڑے پیمانے پر مظاہرے کئے۔اہل خانہ نے واقعہ کی جوڈیشل تحقیقات کا مطالبہ کیا ہے نوجوان، عرفان احمد ڈار کو پولیس نے گھر سے انکے بھائی کے ساتھ گرفتار کیا گیا بھائی کو رہا کیا گیا جبکہ عرفاں احمد ڈار کو حراست کے شہید کیا گیا

 تاریخ 8 ستمبر 2020 نیوز ڈیسکسرینگر: بھارتی پولیس نے منگل کے روز دعوی کیا ہے کہ انہوں نے شمالی ضلع بانڈی پورہ کے حاجن علاقے میں تین افراد کو پاکستانی قومی پرچم لہرانے کی پاداش میں گرفتار کیا ہے۔
 

Srinagar, Sept 8, 2020 : Indian troops during cordon and search operation killed Shafqat Ali Ahmad, Hanan Bilal Sofi, and a Hafiz E Quran Imtiyaz Ahmad Mir and destroyed a house in Pattan area of Baramulla district in IIOJKon Sept 5..The Indian military authorities did not  handover  bodies to their families and buried them in Sonamarg area of unknown grave yard, Two more Kashmiris dead bodies from Kishanganga River near Line of Control in Gurez area of north Kashmir’s Bandipora district, the reports said,

New York, September 04, 2020: The New York-based international rights watchdog, Human Rights Watch (HRW) has asked the Indian authorities to prohibit its armed forces in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir from using pellet guns to disperse protesters.  The Human Rights Watch in a statement issued in New York said that Indian police and paramilitary forces used pellet firing shotguns as well as teargas shells at a Muharram procession in Srinagar on August 29, 2020, injuring dozens of people.

 New York, August 16, 2020: The Human Rights Watch has said that the Indian authorities should immediately order an independent, impartial investigation into the extrajudicial killing of three labourers by Indian forces in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, last month.

Srinagar, August 16, 2020 ;The authorities in illegally Indian occupied Jammu and Kashmir have halted the investigation in tens of thousands of cases alleging human rights violation against the authorities and Indian  troops, paramilitary and police forces before the region was converted into a Union Territory (UT) last year August by Modi BJP government.
 

Bengaluru, August 13,2020:The Amnesty International has sought independent and transparent investigation into extrajudicial killing of three labourers by Indian Army in Shopian area of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir. The labourers identified as Abrar Gujjar, Imtiyaz Gujjar and Abrar Khan from Rajouri district were killed by Indian Army’s 62 Rashtriya Rifles during a cordon and search operation at Keller Amshipora in Shopian district on July 18, 2020. Indian troops during the operation claimed that the killed persons were “militants”. The families of the labourers said that they had left their homes on 16th July to find work in Kashmir Valley.
 

Srinagar, August 10 , 2020: The three youth, martyred by Indian troops in a fake encounter in Shopian, have been identified as the Kashmiri labourers of Rajouri district in Indian Illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir. 
The youth identified as Abrar Gujar, Imtiyaz Gujar and Abrar Khan were killed by Indian Army’s 62 Rashtriya Rifles during a cordon and search operation at Keller Amshipora in Shopian district on July 18, 2020. Two of the victims were working locally as masons, said a student from a nearby village and had worked in the locality for many years. The Indian troops during the operation claimed they were “militants”.

 Srinagar, August 09, 2020: One year has passed since the Modis BJP-RSS government repealed Kashmir’s special status and divided it into two union territories, but it has been 12 months without any business and the private sector and tourism are in a shambles due to continued siege, lockdown and internet shutdown after 5 August 2019 has inflicted heavy losses on the local businesses community in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir. Ever since Narendra Modi-led fascist government abrogated the special status of Indian Illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir on 5th August 2019, the Kashmir Valley has been deprived of high-speed internet which is the world’s longest internet shutdown.
