Srinagar-bound SpiceJet flight returns to Delhi airport due to false warning in cockpit

 New Delhi, April 18:A Delhi-Srinagar SpiceJet flight returned to the IGI airport New Delhi on Tuesday due to a false warning in the cockpit. "On April 18, SpiceJet B737 aircraft operating flight SG-8373 (Delhi-Srinagar) returned back to Delhi as the AFT cargo fire light illuminated in the cockpit," the airline said in a statement on Tuesday.

Srinagar, April 17 :  A motorcyclist was killed and two of his pillion-riders were injured  in a road accident in south Kashmir Islamabad district in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

17 Cattle Charred To Death In Rajouri

 Jammu, March 31 : seventeen cattle were charred alive in Rajouri district  i Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.Seventeen cattle were charred alive after a mud house was gutted in a fire in Manjakote area of the district overnight, officials said.

China stays away from G20 meet in Arunachal Pradesh

New Delhi, March 27 : China skipped participation in a G-20 meeting held   in Indian state of Arunachal Pradesh, which Beijing said as its part. The delegates including from the US, participated in the G-20 Research Innovation Initiative Gathering  also visited the local legislative assembly at Itanagar city of the state, claims  Indian official sources.

18 Children died by India-Made Cough Syrup in Uzbekistan

New Delhi, December 29: Uzbekistan has  said that at least 18 children in the country have died after taking an India-manufactured cough syrup.The health ministry of Uzbekistan, in a statement, said that the children who died had consumed cough syrup Doc-1 Max - manufactured by Noida-based Marion Biotech in India.

Traffic to remain suspended on Srinagar-Jammu highway for 5 days from 3 am to 7 am till Sept 27

 Srinagar, September 23: The authorities  claimed that to carry out urgent repair works on the Mehar-Cafeteria Morh, Ramban stretch of the Srinagar-Jammu  Highway, vehicular traffic would remain suspended for 4 hours from 3 am to 7 am from September 23 to September 27 in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir. 

Sopore boy drowns in nallah in Hardushiva Sopore

 Srinagar, September 18: A 17-year-old youth drowned to death while he was bathing in north Kashmir’s Sopore area on Sunday in IIOJK.

A 17-year-old Aamir Bashir Dar son of Bashir Ahmad Dar of Khanpora Baramulla was bathing along with his two friends in Hardushiva Sopore when he drowned. 

Jammu-Srinagar Highway blocked at Ramban

 JAMMU, Aug 28: The Jammu -Srinagar Highway has been closed for vehicular traffic due to shooting stones and landslides at Ramban in IIOJK, on Sunday. “Jammu Srinagar Highway blocked due to continuous shooting stones and mudslide at Cafeteria Mehad Ramban,” Jammu and Kashmir Traffic police said. 

19th July is of special significance &important day in Kashmir’s history

Srinagar, July 18 : 19th July is of special significance and an important day in the history of Jammu and Kashmir when the Kashmiri people had attached their future with Pakistan in 1947.  It was on this day in 1947 that the Kashmiris adopted a historic resolution from the platform of the All Jammu and Kashmir Muslim Conference in Srinagar, calling for accession of Jammu and Kashmir to Pakistan.

33 Urdu Schools Have Off On Friday in Indian State Jharkhand

 Dumka, July 15 : As many as 33 government schools have Friday as their weekly off instead of Sunday, apparently without any permission from authorities in  Indian state Jharkhand. Ten government schools of Dumka's Shikaripara Block, eight of Ranishwar Block, seven of Saraiyahat Block, two of Jama Block and Jarmundi Block, Kathikund Block and Dumka Block have holidays on Fridays.
