Allahabad Court Grants Bail to Islamic scholar Maulana Kaleem Siddiqui

New Delhi, April 5  The prominent Islamic scholar Maulana Kaleem Siddiqui was granted bail by the Allahabad High Court  in India on Wednesday.The Islamic scholar, behind bars for over 500 days, was arrested under the anti-conversion law by the Uttar Pradesh Anti-Terrorist Squad (UP ATS) in September 2021.

WASHINGTON, DC April 5 : The Indian American Muslim Council (IAMC) has strongly condemned Hindu extremist violence against Muslims in various Indian states over the last week.  The Hindutva extremist mobs participating in processions for the Hindu festival of Ram Navami have systematically attacked Muslims, along with their homes, businesses, and places of worship in at several Indian states, including Maharashtra, West Bengal, Delhi, Gujarat, Telangana, Bihar and Uttar Pradesh.

Islamabad, April 05 : Foreign Office Spokesperson, Mumtaz Zahra Baloch, has reiterated Pakistan's concern about well-being of Kashmiri leaders and human rights defenders incarcerated in India and illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir. The Spokesperson at her weekly news briefing in Islamabad, today, impressed upon India to end suppression of Kashmiri journalists and human rights defenders.

Five Naxal guerrillas killed in fake encounter in Jharkhand: victim families

Indian police firing killed a Muslim in Maharashtra

Mumbai, India, April 04 : Indian police fired and killed a 45-year-old Muslim man Shaikh Muniroddin in Kiradpura India state  Maharashtra. The family of the victim has urged for a thorough investigation into his death and also objected to the police including him in the list of rioters in the First Information Report (FIR) connected to the violence on the day of Ramnavmi. 

Notorious SIA raids several locations in occupied Kashmir

 Srinagar,  April 04:  The New Delhi-controlled notorious State Investigation Agency (SIA) along with Indian paramilitary and police personnel raided several areas across the Kashmir Valley in  Indian illegally occupied  Jammu and Kashmir. Raids were carried out at six locations in central and north Kashmir parts on Tuesday morning in the name of investigation of a so-called militancy-funding case.

 New Delhi ,: April 3: Indian police killed at least five naxal guerrillas   in  Indian disturbed state Jharkhand.Fve nexal guerrillas were killed by Indian paramilitary and police forces in Lawalong police station area of Chatra district in the state.

New Delhi controlled SIA files chargecheet against Journalist in occupied Kashmir

Srinagar, April 02 :The New Delhi- controlled State Investigation Agency has filed a chargesheet in a fake case against illegally detained Kashmiri journalist Peerzada Fahad Shah. The SIA in its bogus chargesheet claimed that detained journalist Peerzada Fahad Shah, who is also editor of the online magazine ‘Kashmir Walla’ received donations and subscriptions from foreign countries. However, counsel of the detained journalist has declared the charges as bogus and decided to challenge them in the High Court of the territory. 

Indian BSF officer dies of bullet injury in Kathua

 Jammu, April 02 : An Indian Assistant Sub-Inspector of the Border Security Force (BSF) died of a bullet injury from his own service rifle in Kathua district  in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir. Reports said the BSF officer committed suicide in the camp.

 Patna, April 02 :  Hindutva goons set on fire Mosque, Muslim shops, houses, vehicles and a graveyard in Indian state Bihar. The Hindutva mob targeted Muslim homes in Nalanda district of the state. The accused were caught on CCTV cameras looting the shops of Muslims located at Nala road area under Laheri police station. They looted the shops in the garb of violence in the affected area.
The traders shut their shops in fear of violence and anti-Muslim elements looted the valuables in the garb of violence.
