Sopore bleeds -civilian killings- Widowed and Orphaned town (May 25 - June 15, 2015)

Families said Indian Army, its secret agencies, Special Operations Group behind killings:  The family members of victim who were killed in Sopore since May 25 have alleged that the killings were the handiwork of Indian agencies and anti movement elements.

Kashmir seeks attention - Kashmiris are sufferings due to lingering Kashmir dispute.

Torture, harassment and atrocities committed by the Indian armed forces and its intelligence agencies in Kashmir are not something new to hear about. There have been thousands of such human rights and violent inhuman cases in which innocent people including women, girls, children and aged persons of Kashmir were brutally tortured, harassed , killed and handicapped by the Indian forces and police personnel. Many victims of the brutal torture and atrocities couldn’t survive and died but others who somehow managed to survive are still living with the scars in this conflict zone.

Woman raped by policeman, victim attempts suicide in Kargil Kashmir

Srinagar, 1 April 2015: A police sub-inspector disgraced and raped a woman in Batalik area of Kargil district. A woman was allegedly raped by a policeman prompting her to commit suicide by setting herself on fire.
The woman, from Chulichan village of Batalik, was admitted to District Hospital, Kargil after she set herself ablaze. with severe burn injuries 
When police reached the hospital to record her statement, the woman alleged that Sub Inspector Ramzaan of Police Post Batalik raped her a few days back, the spokesman said.

12th class girl student raped by govt member Sarpanch in Poonch

Srinagar, POONCH, Mar 31: An 18-year- old 12th class girl student was raped by a govt member Sarpanch, at Baila area of Mandi tehsil in Poonch district.
 A police spokesman said that a 12th class student, had gone out in the evening,  when the Sarpanch of her village (patronized by establishment), identified as Tariq Manzoor (33), son of Manzoor Ahmed, resident of Baila in Mandi tehsil, kidnapped and raped her in a nearby field late on March 30 evening.

Srinagar, March 25, 2015 : The relatives of the victims of Pathribal fake encounter in a function held at Brari Aangan in Shangus area of Islamabad (Anantnag), district, today, reiterated their commitment for continuing the struggle to bring the killer Indian troops to justice. .On this day in 2000, Indian army shot dead five civilians in Pathribal forests and later dubbed them as foreign militants involved in the massacre of 35 Sikhs in Chattisingpora village which had been carried out three days before by unidentified gunmen.
