Indian Army thrashe, beat up brothers during search operation in north Kashmir Handwara

Srinagar, November 16, 2015: In another human rights violation, two brothers Shah Faisal and Imtiyaz Ahmad  were injured after the Indian army personnel thrashed them during a search and cordon operation in Rajpora Zachildara  in Handwara town.
Indian troops of 21 Rashtriya Rifles (RR) along with Special Operation Group (SOG) personnel cordoned off the Rajpora Zachildara area  on Monday morning and then searched it. After the search was over, the indian troops reportedly held one 21- year old Shah Faisal,  who was returning home.

Indian army’s leftover shell kills minor ,handicapped kid in Tosmaidan Budgam Kashmir

Srinagar, 19 May , 2014:A 7-year-old girl Simran Akhtar, was killed and two others including Fayaz Ahmed Parrey, 5 year,  were injured after the Indian Army’s leftover shell went off at Drang area of Tosa Maidan in Badgam, today.  Firing of the  Indian army has left at least seventy civilians dead and disabled hundreds.

CRPF use journalists as 'human shield' during Kashmir clashes

Monday, 17 March 2014 . Srinagar: The journalists covering protests in north Kashmir's Hajan town Monday has siad that Indian Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF)misbehaved with them and using them as human-shields during the protests and clashes.
 One of the journalists, said: "There were intense clashes in the town and we went there to cover it. Once we reached near Hajan Bridge, the personnel of CRPF 45 battalion stopped us from performing our professional duty and misbehaved them." 

Kashmiri teenager , 12th class student’s killing

 Sringar, March 15, 2014: A teenage  18-year-old Farhat Ahmad Dar, son of Ghulam Rasool Dar, of Shah Gund, Hajin was shot in the chest by the forces near the Higher Secondary School, Naidkhai when the area was witnessing protests over the  highhandedness of the Indian paramilitary forces. A Class 12 student, Farhat succumbed to his injuries on way to the Public Health Centre (PHC) Pattan.
