Indian intelligence agencies intentionally delaying the investigation of custodial disappearance of a civilian in Srinagar

 Srinagar, 07 November 2012: In Srinagar, the High Court has directed a Special Investigation Team of police to conclude within three months the probe into the 2002 disappearance of a civilian by Indian Army’s Rashtriya Rifles. Manzoor Ahmad Dar was arrested from his home in Rawalpora in Srinagar by Indian army in January 2002.

Kashmir youth abducted by Indian security agencies in Indian city Punjab: says family

Srinagar, October 17, 2012: The family of a Kashmir youth, who went missing from northern Indian state, Punjab, on Sunday, said that the police security agencies abducted their son. Ishtiaq Ahmed Wani, 22, who was working in a private call centre in Punjab's Mohali who is reportedly missing since Sunday from his residence quarter in Mohali.
