Naidkhai teanager killing: Probe report submitted to DC Bandipora

Srinagar, Jun 13: The investigations ordered into the killing of a teanager 17-year-old youth Fahat Ahmad Dar  during a police firing at Naidkhai Sumbal in Bandipore district in March this year 2014 have been completed last week and a detailed report has been submitted to the authorities.
According to the reports, the magisterial probe ordered by the district administration of Bandipora on March 21, 2014  was submitted with the detailed account of the eye witnesses over the firing incident in which a 17-year-old Fahat Dar was killed and others injured.

Srinagar, June 6, 2014:  police have booked three senior officers of Health department including Director Health Services Kashmir for allegedly molesting a staff nurse posted in a primary health centre at Pahalgam in Islamabad. A molestation case has been registered in Police Station ShaheedGunj in Srinagar against Director Health, Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Islamabad, Block Medical Officer (BMO) Sallar, and Medical Superintendent (MS).

Srinagar, 19 May : A seven-year-old girl Simran Reyaz was killed and two other including her brother  Fayaz Ahmed Parrey, 5- year lost his legs  after the Indian Army's leftover shell went off at Drang area of Tosa Maidan in Badgam.
The Indian Army's leftover shell went off at Drang area of Tosamaidan in Budgam district killed 7-year-old girl Simran and injured two others when they were playing outside her school during lunchtime. Fayaz has lost both of his legs and has been rushed to a hospital in Srinagar

Young girl found dead in Budgam

Srinagar, Tuesday, June 3rd, 2014 : A young girl was found dead in mysterious conditions in Budgam district on Tuesday.
Panic gripped the Krimshora, village of Khansahab area in Budgam district when the locals found the body of a local young girl.

97 Custodial killing of father, son: HC dismisses appeal, orders speedy probe

Srinagar, 24 May 2014  : Jammu and Kashmir High Court has dismissed appeal by the regime led by Omar Abdullah and Government of India against its Single Bench order directing them to pay Rs 20 lakh compensation to a family whose two members were killed in custody by Indian Army. Muhammad Yahya Khan and his son Muhammad Shaban Khan were arrested by Indian Army 20-Grenadiers from their Nassalpora in Budgam, in 16/17, 1997 and killed them in custody.
