According to the reports, the magisterial probe ordered by the district administration of Bandipora on March 21, 2014  was submitted with the detailed account of the eye witnesses over the firing incident in which a 17-year-old Fahat Dar was killed and others injured.
“We completed the inquiry last week and have submitted the findings to the regime led by Omar Abdullah through divisional commissioner Kashmir,” said DC Bandipora Shah Faisal.
