Srinagar, September 27, 2021 : The Indian illegally Jammu and Kashmir reported 117 new covid-19 cases while there was no death due to the virus in the last 24 hours, officials said on Monday. 55 of the cases were reported from Jammu  region and 62 from Kashmir Valley, taking the total case count to 329125. There was no death due to the virus during the time. So far 4422 people have died—2173 in Jammu and 2249 in Kashmir.

Srinagar, Sep 27,2021: Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Monday held a protest in  Srinagar against harassment of Kashmiri people’, arrest spree, continued detention of political prisoners, dismissal of government of employees and other issues.  Eyewitnesses told media men that scores of leaders led by senior leader Ghulam Nabi Lone Hanjura assembled outside PDP’s headquarters in Srinagar. The leaders took out a march and proceeded towards Polo View, Srinagar however, they were stopped by police that disallowed them to proceed towards city centre Lal Chowk Srinagar.    

 New Delhi, September 27, 2021 : The Indian Flight Lieutenant allegedly raped an officer in Tamil Nadu state in India. The Indian Airforce College in Redfields, Coimbatore was booked under Section 376 (punishment for rape)  and arrested for allegedly raping an officer .The officer has been sent to judicial custody and is currently lodged at Udumalpet jail, the media reports said. 

September 26, 2021 Indian troops martyred two youth in Bandipora district, today. Indian troops during violent Allout cordon and search operation killed  Abid Rashid Dar  and Azad Ahmed Shah in Watrina area of Bandipora district of north Kashmir.

Assam, September 24, 2021  : In India, a 12-year-old Shakh Farid, a Class 7 student, was killed in Indian Assam police firing after he had left home on Thursday afternoon to go the post-office to get his Aadhaar card. He returned home dead on a horse cart. human rights newsAround late afternoon, Farid’s parents heard that their son was killed. He was identified with the Aadhaar card which was in his pocket.

 London, September 25, 2021 : The Members of British Parliament have called on their government to use its weight to help resolve the decades old Kashmir dispute, and that the entry of the Indian High Commissioner in the parliament be barred. 

New York, September 25, 2021 : At the United Nations, Pakistan has firmly rejected India’s claim that Jammu and Kashmir is its integral part.Reacting to the Indian claim, Pakistani delegate Saima Saleem said that occupied Kashmir was not a “so-called integral part of India nor is it India’s internal matter”.“India remains in occupation of an internationally recognised disputed territory whose final disposition needs to be decided in accordance with the democratic principle of a free and impartial plebiscite under UN auspices, as provided for under numerous resolutions of the Security Council,” she said.

WASHINGTON, D.C, September 23 (KMS):  The Human rights groups and interfaith leaders planned a protest to oppose the U.S. visit of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. According to Kashmir Media Service, the rally will be held on Thursday in Lafayette Park near the White House. The organizers said they want to highlight the “state-sanctioned discrimination, intimidation, persecution, physical attacks and killings of religious minorities by Hindu right-wing extremists in India.

MIRZAPUR, UP,September 23 :  The skeletons of three minor girls, who had been reported missing since the past one month, have been found in a forest in Indian state Utter Pardesh.The girls had left their home with their mother in Belahi village of the Halia area in Mirzapur district of the month a month ago and were missing since then. The mother is now absconding after the recovery of skeletons that have been sent for autopsy and forensic examination.

 New Delhi, September 23 , 2021:  In India, a group of men and women allegedly beat to death a 65-year-old  Muslim man   and two Muslim men were beaten up brutally by a Hindutva mob in in two Indian states Bihar and Utter Pardesh.A group of women fatally thrashed and killed an aged Muslimon in Madhepura distict of Bihar state.The attack is said to have been sparked after Akbar asked the women why they threw trash and bottles of liquor on him while he passes by the house to go to the mosque for prayers.
