The vice president of European Parliament and its 15 members sent a letter to the EU Commission president and the bloc’s foreign policy chief regarding the “worsening humanitarian and human rights situation in Kashmir.
 August 01, 2021
 The Indian authorities issued orders that prohibit passport clearance, no provision of government jobs, among other restraints who will raise voice against atrocities and freedom.
 August 02:
 Indian troops arrested  three Kashmiri youth identified as Aamir Riyaz Lone ,Tamil  Qazi, and Tariq Ahmed Dar from Baramulla, Islamabad and Pulwama areas.
 Body of a missing 45-year-old Fareeda Begum and38-year-old Bilal Ahmad Pandit were found under mysterious circumstances in orchards in Gutiyar and  Khawaja Bagh area of  Baramulla district.
August 03:
 Indian troops during a cordon and search operation killed  Babar Ali in Chandaji area of  Bandipora district.
 Indian police arrested a Hurriyat activist, Abdul Rasheed Lone, under  black law, Public Safety Act (PSA) in Srinagar.
 August 04:
 India's National Investigation Agency along with Indian troops arrested Muzamil and his father Ghulam Hassan Bhat during house raids in Chittibanday area of Bandipora district.
 August 05: 
India's National Investigation Agency  arrested  Obaid Hamid from Srinagar.
 August 06:
 Indian troops during a cordon and search operation killed two youth including Rameez Ahmad Tantray, (23), in Thanamandi area of Rajouri district. 
A 16-year-old student of Madrasa Darul Uloom Nomania Banihal Mainka Muhammad Aaqib and 35-year-old Gopal Sharma were injured in a grenade blast  near MG construction company in Banihal.
 August 07:
 Indian troops of killed Shakir Ahmad Dar,  a student doing Diploma in Computer Sciences at Machewa Bage Mehtab in Budgam district.
 Indian Police arrested Shabir Ahmad Najar  and  Muhammad Shafi Dar  from Khrew Pampore area of  Pulwama district
 August 08:
 Body of a 35-year-old  Gulzar Ahmad Sheikh was found  near Railway track in Kulgam.
The Indian National Investigation Agency along with Indian troops and paramilitary forces raided houses and terrorized families of Jamaat-e-Islami Jammu and Kashmir activists including Gazi Moin-ul Islam, Mushtaq Ahmad Wani, Nazir Ahmad Raina, Farooq Ahmad Khan, Aftab Ahmad Mir, Ahmadullah Parrey, Dr Mohammad Sultan Bhat, Ghulam Mohammad Wani, Gulzar Ahmad Shah, Mohammad Sikander Malik, Gul Mohammad War, Abdul Hamid Bhat, Zahoor Ahmad Reshi, Mehrajdin Reshi, Mohammad Yousuf Sheikh, Riyaz Ahmad Ganie, Ghulam Hassan Sheikh, Mohammad Yosuf Rather, Peer Gayas u din Shah, and Abdul Rahman Shawl, in Srinagar, Islamanbad , Budgam, Bandipore, Kulgam, Ganderbal, Shopian, Kulgam, Baramulla, Pulwama, Ramban, Doda,Kishtwar,Rajouri  and many other districts of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
August 09: 
Indian police arrested  fourteen youth including  Yasir Hussain  & Usman Qazi in different house raids in Kishtwar district.
 Unknown gunmen killed BJP leader, Ghulam Rasool Dar, (Sarpanch), and his wife Jawhira  at Lal Chowk in Islamabad .
 The Divisional Administration has denied permission for the traditional 8th Muharram procession in Srinagar.
 August 10:
 At least ten civilians including two women including  Gulzar Ahmad Ghani, Arjan Singh, Owais Ahmad Laway , Firdous Ahmad Kotta,  Abdul Ghani Sheikh , Mushtaq Hussain, Suhail Ahmad Dar, Ashraf Ahmad, Tariq Ahmad were injured in a grenade explosion at Hari Singh High Street in Srinagar.
Indian police arrested three  persons including a journalist Adil Farooq Bhat, Mohammad Shakeel and Mohammad Ilyas  in Srinagar and Poonch areas.
August 11:
 Indian police arrested several Hurriyat leaders including Imtiyaz Haider in Srinagar and Budgam.
 August 12:
Indian troops during cordon and search operation killed a youth  and  injured two youth at Meerpora in Kulgam district.
 A 4-year-old nephew of a BJP leader was killed while BJP leader  Jasbir Singh along with seven other members of his family including 7-year-old baby suffered injuries in an explosion  at their house near Khandli Bridge area in Rajouri district.
 August 13:
Three  persons were injured in  a grenade blast near SBI Main Chowk in Sopore town.
Indian police booked 35-year-old Bashir Ahmad Bhat,  under black law, Public Safety Act in Bandipore and shifted him to a jail in Jammu.
Indian police arrested Muzamil Hussain Shah  in Meerna Patimahalla Palmar, area of Kishtwar district and  Mehmood Hussain under black law, Unlawful Activities Prevention Act in Mendhar  area of Poonch district. 
Indian authorities did not allowed people to offer Friday prayers  at historic Jamia Masjid  and Hazratbal in Srinagar.
An Indian Army Naik, Joginder Paul  committed suicide by using his service rifle at Air Force Radar Unit in Salyar ChattaKalakote area of Rajouri  district.
August 14:
 
Indian police arrested several youth including Muntazir Manzoor Bhat,
Touseef Ahmed Shah  and Adnan Shah, Jahangir Ahmed Bhat from Srinagar, Pulwama, Shopian and Jammu areas.
 An Indian Central Reserve Police Force soldier was injured  in a grenade  blast in Sanantnagar area of  Srinagar district.
 An explosive device was detected by Indian Army's bomb disposal squad in Kariya  area of Kishtwar district.
 August 15:
 Indian police arrested  Mohammad Amin Shah in Handwara area.
Indian authorities suspended  internet and the cellular services in all districts of the Indian illegally occupied  Jammu and Kashmir.
 August 16:
  An Indian  paramilitary soldierE-07 CRPF was injured in a grenade blast in Langate area of Kupwara district.
August 17: 
Dozens of mourners were injured after Indian police fired bullets, pellets and teargas shells  on them during Muharram procession in Srinagar areas.
Indian police beat up and abused several journalists including Waseem Andrabi, Sajad Hameed, Mehran Bhat, Burhan Bhat  and Sajad Hameed and broke their cameras while they were covering Muharram processions in Srinagar.
Indian police arrested over 80  mourners in Srinagar and 32 youth  on hosting of Pakistan flag in Kralgun Chowk area of Handwara town.
Unknown gunmen killed  a BJP worker, Javaid Ahmad Dar in Brazloo area of Kulgam district.
August 18: 
Indian police arrested Jammu and Kashmir Salvation Movement, Chairman, Mohammad Akbar Bhat, Fatima Shah, Mohammad Abdullah Shah and Sabzar Ahmad Sheikh in Srinagar, Kupwara and Islamabad areas.
August 19:
 Indian troops killed a youth in Kalas Thanamandi area of Rajouri district. Unknown gunmen killed an Apni Party leader, Ghulam Hussan Lone in Devsar area of Kulgam district.
Indian Police seized a tent pitched outside the residence of martyred Musaib Ahmad at Khrew in Pulwama.
Three persons including Fayaz Ahmad Matoo, (40),  Javed Ahmad and Abdul Majeed Bhat were injured in a grenade blast  at Sarafkadal area in Srinagar .
Two Indian troops including Junior Commissioned Officer identified as Subedar Ram Singh, (46), were killed in an attack at Kalas DannaThanamandi area of Rajouri district.  
Indian authorities imposed curbs and disallowed 10th Muharram procession to pass through Lal Chowk in Srinagar.
August 20:
 Bodies of Musaib Mushtaq  Bhat  and Muzammil Ahmad Rather  were recovered from the debris of the house of Ghulam Nabi Najar which was destroyed by Indian troops using chemical explosives at Danak Khew in Pulwama district.
Indian troops used brute force and fired shells on protesters in Khew area of Pulwama district.
Indian troops arrested Ghulam Ahmad Najar, his son, Nizamuddin Najar and several others during protest against killing of youth in Khrew area of Pulwama.
The Friday prayers were once again disallowed at the major shrines and Masjids  including Dargah Hazratbal, historic Jamia Masjid and Dastageer Khanyar in Srinagar district.
 An Indian soldier Love Preet Singh was killed  after falling into a deep gorge during  operation in Pir Panjal Range Poonch.
 August 21: 
Indian troops during a cordon and search operation killed Wakeel Ahmad Shah, (30), Abdul Hameed Chopan, (50),  and Ilyas Manzoor Najar at Meenilya Tral area of Pulwama district.
 August 23:
 Indian troops in an encounter killed  Mohammad Abbas Sheikh and Saqib Manzoor  and arrested a girl at Alochi Bagh  area of Srinagar district.
 An Indian Central Reserve Police Force Head Constable Pravin Kumar was injured in a grenade blast in Eidgah area of Srinagar.
 August 24: 
Indian troops during a cordon and search operation killed Faisal Fayaz Thokar, Fayaz Ahmad Shaikh  and Rameez Ahmad Ghanie  at Pethseer in Sopore town.
Indian police during house raids arrested Muzaffar Mohiuddin Lone, Mohammad Amin Lone, Rizwan Qadir Lone, Imtiyaz Ahmad Lone, Javaid Ahmed Lone and Mohammad Saleem Khan in Bandipora district.
August 25: 
A truck driver, Tariq Ahmad was beaten by Indian policemen who also looted a cash amount of Rs 7000 from him in Batamaloo area of Srinagar.
 A Kashmiri truck driver, Mohammad Aabid Bhat, and a cleaner were  beaten to pulp by some Hindu extremists in Pathankot. Notably, few days ago a driver and a cleaner from Budgam were beaten by Hindu extremists in Indian state of Himachal Pradesh for allegedly having written “Islam Zindabad” on their vehicle.
 An Indian army Head Constable Manohar Kunkal of 19 Infantry Division 15 Corps., part of a patrolling party died after falling unconscious in Sonmarg tourist area in Ganderbal district.
 A head constable of Police Muhammad Arif Khan died due to electric shock in Thanamandi area of Rajouri district
An Indian Border Security Forces’ constable Nisar Hussein died after hit by a shooting stone  at Dhoke near Peer Ki Gali along Mughal Road.
August 26:  
Indian police arrested Ishfaq Qayoom Tak, Tousif Giri, Ishfaq Ahmad Dar, Jamshed Ahmad Shah  and Javed Ahmad Khan in Reasi and Handwara areas.
 August 27:
Indian police arrested Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee President Ghulam Ahmad Mir and General Secretary Abdul Majeed Wani, barring them from entering Kishtwar District, where scores of youth Congress activists were injured in police baton-charge.
August29: 
An Indian paramilitary solider, Muhammad Ismail Mir, (43), of 35 BN G Company was crushed to death by a train at railway bridge Humhama outskirts  of Srinagar city.
August 30:
 Indian troops during a cordon and search operation two youth in Kandi area of Poonch district.
August 31:
Body of Subash Chander, (55), was found dead in Marta Ramnagar in Udhmapur.
Indian police arrested  Muhammad Saleem Khan, Sajad Ahmed Mir,  Bilal Ahmad Sheikh, and Naseer Ahmad Dar in Kareeri area of Baramulla district.
