Jammu, July 04, 2015: A woman was stripped naked by a gang of five persons, including an Indian trooper in Udhampur district of Jammu region and the video of the incident uploaded on the internet, police said.
The woman was stripped in full public view by five persons in Jaganoo area of Udhampur, the police added. The woman was riding pillion on a motorcycle. The gang intercepted the bike and started misbehaving with her. When she resisted, the culprits overpowered her and stripped her in full public view, the commissioner Udhampur district said.

Srinagar, August 04 : On the 16th anniversary of massacre of Sailan in Poonch district, the relatives of the victims decried inordinate delay in justice and vowed to continue their struggle for bringing the culprits to book.
The relatives, mostly survivors of the brutal massacre, in which 19 people including 11 children of three families were killed by four Special Police Officers (SPOs) and personnel of 9 Paratroopers of Indian Army on intervening night of August 3-4, recounted the incident with tearful eyes during a press conference in Srinagar.
Torture, harassment and atrocities committed by the Indian armed forces and its intelligence agencies in Kashmir are not something new to hear about. There have been thousands of such human rights and violent inhuman cases in which innocent people including women, girls, children and aged persons of Kashmir were brutally tortured, harassed , killed and handicapped by the Indian forces and police personnel. Srinagar, 1 April 2015: A police sub-inspector disgraced and raped a woman in Batalik area of Kargil district. A woman was allegedly raped by a policeman prompting her to commit suicide by setting herself on fire.
The woman, from Chulichan village of Batalik, was admitted to District Hospital, Kargil after she set herself ablaze. with severe burn injuries
When police reached the hospital to record her statement, the woman alleged that Sub Inspector Ramzaan of Police Post Batalik raped her a few days back, the spokesman said.
Srinagar, POONCH, Mar 31: An 18-year- old 12th class girl student was raped by a govt member Sarpanch, at Baila area of Mandi tehsil in Poonch district.
A police spokesman said that a 12th class student, had gone out in the evening, when the Sarpanch of her village (patronized by establishment), identified as Tariq Manzoor (33), son of Manzoor Ahmed, resident of Baila in Mandi tehsil, kidnapped and raped her in a nearby field late on March 30 evening.
