8 including a journalist killed, 44 injured in Andhra Pradesh misap

Tirupati (AP), March 28: Eight people including a journalist were killed and 44 injured were injured in a road mishap in Andhra Pradesh in India. The accident occurred when an over-speeding private bus lost control while negotiating a curve on a ghat road and fell into a valley at Bhakarapet in Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh, police said. The victims, all relatives, belonged to Anantapuramu district and were on their way to Tirupati from Dharmavaram to attend a wedding engagement ceremony scheduled, police added.

Police constable shot at , injured in Soura, Srinagar

 Srinagar, March 22, 2022:  A police constable was shot at and injured by the unidentified gunmen Bolochipora area of Soura in Srinagar.Official sources said that a Constable identified as Imran Ahmad, posted as PSO to SDPO Kothibagh was fired upon by the unknown at Bohlochipora area. 
 He was rushed to SKIMS Soura for treatment, they said, adding that the area has been cordoned off to nab the attackers.
