Traffic Cops beat up Passenger In Qazigund
SRINAGAR, February 28: A passenger was ruthlessly beat up and injured by 
traffic police personnel in Jammu-Srinagar highway in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir. The passenger namely Shafaqat Aslam Bhat of Nowgam Banihal, leaving him severely injured. was hospitalized after he was beaten up by traffic police personnel in Qazigund along Jammu-Srinagar highway on Monday.
Reports said that an altercation broke out between some passengers and traffic a police personnel after the traffic police personnel, some six in number, dealt several blows to one of the passengers
The injured was taken to a nearby hospital at Qazigund from where the doctors referred him to GMC Islamabad hopital for advanced treatment. Sources/ agencies
