Release Of Illegally Detained Yasin Malik Demanded Through Posters

Srinagar, May 18:  Posters have appeared in Srinagar and other areas to record the Kashmiris’ protest against the illegally detention of Liberation leader Muhammad Yasin Malik and other APHC leaders and youth languishing in different jails of IIOJK and India. 

The posters were displayed by the pro-freedom organizations, which urged the world body to take notice of violation of Kashmiris right to self-determination, recongnized by the UN Security Council Resoluton passed on January 5, 1949.
 The posters have also appeared on social media with pictures of illegally detained leader, Muhammad Yasin Malik demanding his release.
The posters with pictures of Yasin Malik read: “Indian illegal occupation authorities used all brutal means and inhuman tactics to silence Yasin Malik’s voice but they miserably failed in their nefarious designs.” 
The posters read, “Yasin Malik is torch-bearer of Kashmiris’ right to self-determination and he is determined to take his mission to its logical conclusion, come what may.” 
“the health of Yasin Malik’s mother is fast deteriorating with each passing day due to her long separation from her son as the brutal occupation authorities have not allowed him to be with her for over two years,” the posters further read.
The posters say, “Yasin Malik remained a target of the BJP. The main reason is Yasin Malik’s ongoing peaceful struggle for Kashmir’s sovereignty and the role of his party. The cases against Yasin Malik are nothing but political vendetta.”
 
The posters conveyed a message to India that the Kashmiris will never surrender for their just demand for their right to self-determination in Jammu and Kashmir.
Meanwhile, Jammu Kashmir Political Resistance Movement leader Jameel Ahmad has said that cases against prominent resistance leader and Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front, Mohammad Yasin Malik  and other prominent resistance leaders including APHC Chairman, Massarat Aalam Butt, Shabbir Ahmad Shah, Syed Asiya Andrai, Nayeem Ahmad Khan and others are the worst example of Indian repression and illegal occupation in Jammu and Kashmir.
