Non-Kashmiri Bank Manager killed in Kulgam

 Srinagar, June 02   Unknown gunmen killed non-Kashmiri Bank Manager in Kulgam district of South Kashmir, in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir. Unknown gunmen fired upon a Bank Manager of Elaqai Dehati Bank Branch of Kulgam this morning in the Arreh area of the district. The  was critically injured and was immediately shifted to a nearby hospital in critical condition where he succumbed to his injuries.The deceased was identified as  Vijay Kumar of Indian state Rajistan.

 

Soon after the attack, the whole area was cordoned off by Indian troops to nab the attackers. 
Meanwhile, at least three Indian soldiers were  critically injured in an explosion in Shopian district, today. The explosion took inside a private vehicle which was hired by Indian troops in Sedow area of the district, police said.
A police spokesman while confirming the development said it was being investigated whether the blast was due to a grenade or IED planted inside the vehicle or malfunctioning of battery adding the injured soldiers have been hospitalised.
The three injured soldiers belonging to the 15 Garhwal were identified as Ajab Singh, Parveen Singh and Pawan Rawat who were shifted to 92 base Indian army hospital Srinagar, the report said.
"A #blast took place inside a private hired vehicle at Sedow, #Shopian. Nature & source (blast due to grenade or already planted IED inside vehicle or malfunctioning of battery) of blast being investigated & will be shared, " IGP Kashmir said in a statement.
