Mushtaq Ul Islam and Abdul Samad Inqilabi booked under PSA, shifted to Kot Bhalwal Jail

 Srinagar, April 13: Indian authorities booked   senior Hurriyet leader , Mushtaq Ul Islam and Abdul Samad Inqilabi  under black law, Public Safety Act (PSA)  In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir. 

Mushtaqul Islam was arrested by Indian police last week of March during house in Batamaloo area of Srinagar.  The authorities booked black law PSA on the leader and shifted him from Batamaloo Police Station Srinagar to Kothbalwal Jail Jammu. 
The authorities have booked the illegally detained All Parties Hurriyat Conference leader, Abdul Samad Inqilabi, under draconian law, Public Safety Act who was arrested during house raid by Indian police in Ganistan locality of Sumbal  inBandipora district on April 05.
The leaders were subsequently shifted to Kot Bhalwal Jail in Jammu.
The observers in Srinagar termed the act as blatant harassment aimed at silencing the political dissent in Kashmir.
