Journalists paid tribute to martyred journalist Parvaz Mohammad Sultan
Srinagar, January 31: Remembering the veteran Journalist 
Parvaz Mohammad Sultan, on his 11th martyrdom anniversary today, Islamabad (Anantnag )Working Journalist Association today paid glowing tributes to him and expressed sympathy and solidarity with the victim family.
Parvaz Mohmmad Sultan was investigative journalist besides editor of the independent newswire service News and Feature Alliance (NAFA). He was shot dead by unidentified gunmen on January 31, 2003.
. Parvaz was shot dead by unidentified gunmen after brief conversation which evidently indicates that he refused to compromise thus kept the spirit of journalism alive by laying down his life. Special prayers were prayed to the journalist at Khiram Dargh, at his native village.
