Indian troops arrest four youth in Sopore

 Srinagar, Sept 10: Indian army’s  22 Rshtriayra Rifles and 179 Central Reserve Police Force arrested  Shakir Akber Gojree,Mohsin Wani, Himayun Shariq and  Faizan Ashraf Wani at Gousiabad Chowk Chinkipora Sopore in Baramulla district

The Indian authorities imposed curfew in Rajouri town  to prevent the Muslims from holding demonstrations against the grabbing of Wafq land by the Hindu extremist groups.
The  authorities deployed additional Indian troops and police personnel outside the Nigeen residence of senior APHC leader, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, and disallowed him to offer Juma prayers at historic Jamia Masjid, Srinaga who is under house arrest since August 2019.
