Indian police firing killed a Muslim in Maharashtra

Mumbai, India, April 04 : Indian police fired and killed a 45-year-old Muslim man Shaikh Muniroddin in Kiradpura India state  Maharashtra. The family of the victim has urged for a thorough investigation into his death and also objected to the police including him in the list of rioters in the First Information Report (FIR) connected to the violence on the day of Ramnavmi. 

“There was total chaos outside our apartment. My father went downstairs and was standing inside the locked gate of our apartment when he was hit by the bullet,” Times of India quoted the son of the deceased as saying. 
In Kiradpura, violence broke out after Hindutva organisations began shouting derogatory epithets about Muslims. 
The police used lathicharge and teargas and a bullet was fired at Sheikh  Muniroddin  .

Meanwhile, In Indian disturbed state  Jharkhand , Indian forces  on Monday killed at least five naxals guerrillas  in Chatra district.
