Indian Police Arrests Two Muslims social activists in Bihar

 Patna (Bihar)July 14 : : The Indian Police  has arrested two persons on a case against them in conspiracy to break India in Indian state Bihar. Aretired police officer of Jharkhand, Mohammad Jallauddin and a former member of Students’ Islamic Movement of India (SIMI) who is also a current member of PFI and Social Democratic Party of India (SDPI), Athar Parvez have been arrested by Bihar Police in Phulwari Sharif area of Patna for allegedly involved in conspiracy to ‘break India, said police officer ASP  Manish Kumarin Patna,
Manish Kumar said an excerpt from an eight-page-long document by them shared titled ‘India vision 2047’ talks about “subjugating coward majority community and bringing back the glory”.
Two indulging in anti-India activities were arrested, he said.
The police official claimed that Parvez also raised funds in lakhs and taught  for martial arts  to Muslim community. 
Mohammad has been working in Police department till his retirement in 2020.
Jalaluddin was released on Monday after Modi’s  departure from Patna. However, he was called again by police on Wednesday and rearrested him, said Qaiser Parvez , younger brother of Athar.
In fact, Jalaluddind has rented his two rooms to party of  Social Democratic Party of India  which was being used as party  offfice , at Phulwari Sharif.
New rules for second marriage by govt employees in  Indian state Bihar
Patna, July 14  : The Indian state Bihar  government employees  intending to marry for a second time will now have to first inform their respective department and go ahead only after obtaining the necessary permission.The state government has issued a fresh notification wherein it has directed every government official to inform about their marital status and be eligible for a second marriage only after obtaining the necessary permission.
The notification said that any male or female employee planning to marry for a second time must first take legal separation from his/her spouse and inform the same to the concerned department of the state.
In case the first wife/husband is having objection, the employee’s second wife/husband will not be entitled to get government facilities.
If a government employee marries for a second time without taking permission from the concerned department and dies during the service period, his/her second wife/husband and their children will not be entitled to get jobs on compassionate grounds. The state government will give preference to the children of the first wife.
The general administration has sent the notification to all the divisional commissioners, district magistrates, sub-divisional magistrates, DGP, DGP home guard, DGP prison, and every concerned officer to implement the same in their respective jurisdictions.
