Indian police arrested seven Kashmiri youth

Srinagar, Jan 11. 2021: Indian police arrested over seven youth in Pulwama and Poonch districts in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir. Indian police during house raids arrested three youth from Awatipore area of Pulwama district and four youth  in Mandher area of Pooch district. Indian forces on Monday claimed to have arrested Shezaan Gulzar Beigh from Gadhikhal Chersoo and Waseem-ul-Rehman Sheikh from Midoora Awantipora on supporting freedom struggle. The youth were using Facebook Page, the statement reads. 
Meanhile, a Shariq Mohammad  (38) died of multiple stab injuries at the Government Medical College and Hospital  in Jammu, triggering protest by the family members demanding immediate arrest of the culprits and conduct of postmortem by a board of doctors.
Shariq Mohammad  was stabbed by some persons on the night of January 3 following a scuffle over some unknown issue during a  party at one of his friend’s house at Bhagwati Nagar in Jammu. KMS-R.
Meanwhile, traffic on the Srinagar-Jammu highway came to an unexpected halt and hundreds of vehicles were stranded on the road in bone-chilling cold on Sunday evening after the retaining wall of a bridge collapsed at Seiri area near Kella Morh in Ramban district, officials said. sources
