Indian police arrest one youth in Bandipore and five youth in Kathua

 Jammu, April 21: Indian  forces arrested six person in Bandipore and Kathua in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir. Indian army’s 14 Rashtriya Rifles & 3rd Bn Central Reserve Police Force arrested Umer Ajaz @Umer Shalla son of Ajaz Ahmad Mir of Naberpora Bandipora at a checkpoint established at Papchan in Bandipore registered in Police Station Bandipora.

Indian police during house raids arrested five persons in Marheen area in Kathua district ahead of  Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to adjoining Samba district.
 They are being questioned in the Rajbagh police station. It has been learnt that two of the five were later sent to Jammu for questioning.  Four suspects belong to Kathua while one is from Katra. Their mobile phones were also seized.
The security deployment has been strengthened ahead of the Indian PM’s visit to Palli village in Samba on April 24.
Meanwhile, four Indian troops, a SOG personnel and a civilian were injured in a clash in Baramulla district.The clash erupted after Indian army’s Rashtriya Rifles, paramilitary and Special Operation Group launched violent cordon and search operation during Sehrai time of holy month of Ramdhan in Pariswani area of the district.Three Indian troops and a civilian was injured in the clash, eyewitness said.
When reports last came, firing was going in the area till last reports came in.
