Indian forces kill two Kashmiris in Ganderbal

Srinagar November 12, 2019: Indian forces killed two  youth  in Ganderbal district. The two youth were killed during cordon and search operation in Kulan - Gund area of Ganderbal.  
The Indian police claimed and describing them as armed guerrillas or militants struggling for liberation from India. 
This comes a day after two youth identified as Qaiser Bilal of Bandipora and Talha  were killed  during operation by Indian troops  in Lawdara village in Bandipora. 
Scores of journalists working with different media organisations at the Kashmir Press Club in Srinagar , today, against the continued suspension of internet services as military siege completed 100 days since August 05.
The protesting journalists were holding their laptops with open blank screens or placards with the words “100 days no internet” and “stop humiliating Kashmiri journalists”.
The journalists demanded immediate restoration of the services to facilitate the media persons to discharge their professional duties.
“We took out the protest against the suspension of internet services for 100 days now. Internet is a basic tool for journalists to discharge their professional duties and we demand its immediate restoration,” senior journalist Pervez Bukhari told reporters after the protest.“The authorities have treated journalists too as potential trouble-makers and choked journalism in the process,” a freelance journalist said.  “Internet is very fundamental to journalism in this day and age. The authorities have choked our practices instead of enabling free press here,” said another journalist, Naseer Ganai.Sources.
