سرینگر08نومبر(غیر قانونی طور پر بھارت کے زیر قبضہ جموں و کشمیر میں بھارتی فوج اورایجنسیاں منشیات کوفروغ دینے میں پیش پیش ہیں اورمنشیات کی بآسانی دستیابی کے باعث کشمیری نوجوانوںکا اس کی طرف رحجان روز بروز بڑھ رہا ہے ۔
کشمیر میڈیا سروس کے مطابق وادی کشمیر میں زیادہ تر منشیات جن میں شراب، چرس، گانجہ، کوکین ، ہیروئن اور نشہ آورانجکشن شامل ہیں ، بھارتی فوج، اس کی ایجنسیاں اورآرایس ایس جیسی ہندوانتہاپسند تنظیمیں فراہم کررہی ہیں۔ بھارتی فوج کے مظالم ،گھروں پر چھاپوں، نظربندیوں، ہراسانی، معاشی مشکلات اور بے روزگار ی جیسے مسائل سے دو چارکشمیری نوجوانوں کوورغلانے کے لئے مختلف ہتھکنڈے استعمال کئے جارہے ہیں اور انہیں ان گھنائونے اور غیر انسانی کاموں میں ملوث کیا جا رہا ہے، تاکہ انہیں تحریک آزادی کشمیر سے دورکیا جائے۔ نوجوان بھارتی ایجنسیوں کا خاص طورپرنشانہ ہیں کیونکہ وہ جانتی ہیں تحریک آزادی میں ان کا کلیدی کردار ہے ۔ اسی لئے بھارتی فوج اور ایجنسیاں کشمیری نوجوانوں کو نشانہ بنانے کے لئے مختلف ہتھکنڈے استعمال کررہی ہیں اورمقبوضہ جموں وکشمیر اورخاص طورپر وادی کشمیر میں منشیات کا پھیلائو ایک سوچی سمجھی سازش ہے جس کی سرپرستی بھارتی فوج اور ایجنسیاں کررہی ہیںورنہ ایک چھوٹے سے خطے میں دس لاکھ فوجیوں کی موجودگی میں منشیات کا اس طرح پھیلائو کیسے ممکن ہے؟ Drug use on rise in Kashmir Valley
Srinagar, November 8 : The drug mafia working under the patronage of Indian army stationed in occupied Jammu and Kashmir has turned the territory in particular the Kashmir Valley into a drug den with increasing number of young people falling into the trap with each passing day.
Mostly the drugs including charas, ganja, Cocaine, heroin, corex and Crack Cocaine in substance and injection is speared and encouraged by the Indian army and their agencies who are working in collusion with drug mafia and Hindutva forces to ravage the Valley’s youth.
Besides inflicting atrocities on the Kashmiris on daily basis during house raids, detentions and harassment, the IIOJK youth, facing economic and employment problems due to Modi regime’s anti-people policies, are lured through different tactics to take drugs with the aim of ruining the Kashmiri society.
A court in Srinagar during a hearing on use of drugs by young people in the Kashmir Valley also admitted that the menace is spreading fast in the society.
Earlier, Dr Yasir Rather, a psychiatrist and professor at Srinagar-based Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (IMHANS), said, "Until a decade ago, we used to see 10-15 cases of drug addiction per day at our hospital. Now we see 150-200 cases a day. This is alarming". source Kashmir Media Service,
