Body of young boy found in Kulgam

Srinagar, February 28: Body of a  young boy was found under mysterious circumstances in South Kashmir’s Kulgam district in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

The body of a 17-year-old  Umran Hussain was found lying unconscious near his residence in Nanibugharea of the district. The 17-year-old was rushed to the hospital where the doctors declared him brought dead upon arrival.
 
It is pertinent to mention that it is the second dead body retrieved under mysterious circumstances in 24 hours in the Kulgam district. The body of a 26-year-old Adil Ahmed Khan was found lying in an orchard  in Guddar Herpora area of the district.
 
Indian army and its backed Hindutva militias in IIOJK are usually behind such killings to create an atmosphere of fear and harassment and promoting  freeuse of  drugs and wines in the territory.   
 
Meanwhile,  one civilian was hit and killed by a moving traind in Hamray Pattan area of Baramulla district. 
Indian police arrested a youth identified as, Mohammad Rafi, under black law Public Safety Act during a raid in Mandi area of Poonch district on Feb 26.
Meanwhile, unidentified armed men shot dead a bank guard identified as Sanjay Pandith in Pulwama district on Feb 26.
