Patna, April 8, 2022 : Janak Ram, Minister of Mines and Geology of Bihar has called for a ban on the use of loudspeakers in Masjids and during Azaan.In a video posted by news agency ANI Ram said that “restrictions are imposed on using loudspeakers during festivals of Holi, Diwali and Chhath Puja.”
“Law should be the same for all sects. Masjids should be stopped from using loudspeakers,” the minister added.
Bihar is governed by National Democratic Alliance coalition of the BJP ,JD(U) , HAM and VIP
Meanwhile, a trader was shot dead by a group of three armed assailants at in Indian state Haryana.
The victim, Sandeep Hooda (26), was sitting in his shop near the auto market when the assailants barged in and opened fire on him from a close range. He was rushed to the Civil Hospital, where he died during treatment in in Hansi town .
Complainant Sonu alleged that a youth, Khan Baba, had some dispute with his brother and he suspected his hand in the murder. The police had identified one of the assailants as Rahul. The other two are yet to be identified.
Meanwhile, Haryana Beopar Mandal president Bajrang Dass Garg said that this was the second murder of a trader at Hansi town and the fifth incident in the state in recent times.—
Meanwhile, a man was shot at and injured by a preson in Yamunanagar area of the state.
