Srinagar, August 29, 2022: A 37-year-old man was found dead under mysterious conditions near a bridge in Changoo area of Dooru in South Kashmir’s Islamabad district on Monday morning. Some people saw body of a man identified as Mohammad Saleem Kully son of Gull Mohammad of Changoo lying near Changoo Bridge.
Ateam of police reached to the spot and took possession of the body.
The police official said that Saleem was a tailor by profession and was working in his native village, while police have started investigation into the matter.
Meanwhile, a youth from the Waghama area of Bijbehara in south Kashmir’s Islamabad district has been missing for last four days.
Family members speaking to media men said that Fayaz Ahmed Kumar aged 24, Son of Mohammed Ramzan Kumar, a resident of the Waghama area in Islamabad went missing on 25th August and has not returned yet.
“He left home for his shop around 11 AM and we contacted him in the afternoon but he has not returned yet,” a family member said.
He said that since then they have been trying to trace Fayaz, but to no avail.
All efforts by the family to trace him proved futile even as a missing report has been filed at the concerned police station in this regard.
