Srinagar, October 11: In Srinagar, the regime led by Omar Abdullah on Wednesday hags admitted that 354 people were charged under the repealed black laws — Terrorist and Disruptive Activities Act (TADA) and Prevention of Terrorism Act (POTA) in Jammu and Kashmir.
Giving information to the supplementary question of Congress puppet legislator Ravinder Kumar Sharma, the authorities of regime informed the so-called Legislative Council that 323 persons were booked under TADA in 63 cases and 31 under POTA — repealed long back.
In Kashmir division, 278 persons were charged in 59 cases under the said law. In Jammu, the number charged in seven cases under TADA stands at 45.
They also disclosed that 88 Indian paramilitary forces and policemen among 433 civilians were killed in Kashmir during last three years of military violence. Agencies
