Indian Army on Monday went berserk in Ashtengoo village of north Kashmir's Bandipora district , residents adding that that army men broke window panes of residential houses and damaged several vehicles parked on the road side here.
"They broke everything that came their way in the village. They unleashed a reign of terror in the area," they said.
