Police booked 5 youth under draconian law Public Safety Act in Hajin

  JUNE 24, 2017 Srinagar: Police on Saturday booked five persons under draconian Law, Public Safety Act (PSA) in Hajin area of Bandipora district in northern part of Kashmir. The police ownself charged them as being supporters of Kashmiris freedom struggle.
Reports said that Bashir Ahmad Mir, son of Abdul Ahad Mir, resident of Paribal Hajin; Muhammad Younis Bhat, son of Sunaullah Bhat; Shabir Ahmad Dar, son of Abdul Majeed Dar, both residents of Chandergair Hajin; Hilal Ahmad Parrey, son of Ghulam Ahmad, resident of Kochak-Mohalla Hajin and Sunaullah Dar, son of Ghulam Ahmad, resident of Gund Jahengeer Hajin have been booked under the black law PSA .The police charged them case having affiliation with ongoing freedom movement groups. Al the five persons have been sent to Kotbalwal jail in Jammu. The family of detained youth rejected charges of police.
Others under draconian law detention include Masarat Aalam Bhat, Dr Gh Mohammad Bhat , Mohammad Rustum Bhat , Syeda Aasiya Andrabi, Fahmeeda Sofi, Ameer Hamza Shah, Mir Hafiz Ullah , Mohammad Yusuf Falahi, Raies Ahmad Mir ,Mohammad Shaban Dar , Mohammad Yusuf Lone  Ab Gani Bhat , Danish Malik , Mushtaq Ahmad Hura, Mohd Rafiq Ganai, Showkat Ahmad Hakim , Tariq Ahmad Gaia, Mohammad Yusuf Bhat ,Mohammad Yusuf Makroo, Mohammad Amin Ahangar, Ab Hamid Parey, Sarjan Barkati, Mohammad Shafi Wagey, Mushtaq Ahmad Khandey, Showkat Ahmad, Mohammad Shafi Khan, Assad Ullah Parey, Manzoor Ahmad Bhat, Salman Yusuf, Mufti Ab Ahad ,Gh Hassan shah, Hakim u Rehman , Manzoor Ahmad Kaloo, Gh Mohammad Tantrey, Pervez Ahmad Kaloo, Ab Khaliq Regu, Ab Aziz Ganai, Gh Hassan Malik, Bashir Ahmad Bhat , Mushtaq Ahmad Mir ,Mohammad Ashraf Beg, Mohammad Ramzan Mir, Siraj U Din, Mohammad Sideeq, Safeer Ahmad Lone, Showkat Ahmad Dar, Shakil Ahmad Yatoo, Javed Ahmad Filey, Nazir Ahmad Mantoo, Mufti Nadeem, Mohammad Amin Parey, Mohammad Amin Ahangar, Imtiyaz Ahmad, Bashir Ahmad Sofi, Meraj u Din Nanda and scores others are languishing in different jails.
