New Delhi, 20th November 2019: In New Delhi, the Indian Minister of State for Home, G Kishan Reddy, while speaking in Rajya Sabha, upper house of Parliament, admitted to have arrested 5,161 Kashmiris including politicians, Hurriyat leaders, activists and protesters from occupied Kashmir since 4th August.
"... 5,161 preventive arrests, including hurriyet and political workers, were made since August 4, 2019, in Kashmir Valley," Indian minister of state for home G Kishan Reddy said in a statement to Indian Rajya Sabha. sources
