Kashmiri student found dead under mysterious circumstances in Punjab, India

Srinagar, March. 04 : A Kashmiri student was  found dead under mysterious circumstances in the hostel of Desh Bhagat University in Punjab state in India. The BSc Radiology student from Kashmir namely Zahid Ahmad, son of Abdul Qayoom Bhat of Gulab Bagh Tral was found dead at the hostel room. The young student of South Kashmir’s Tral was studying in the 6th semester of BSc Radiology at Desh Bhagat University in Punjab, took his own life on the campus.

The Kashmiri student Zahid Ahmad from Tral, Pulwama, studying at DBU University Punjab, attempted suicide. The deceased was in the 6th semester of BSc Radiology at Desh Bhagat University Punjab, and preliminary investigations suggest suicide.
Meanwhile, his family has been contacted while further investigation in this regard has been taken up.His relatives have demanded an investigation into the matter
Meanwhile, a man  identified as Rajesh Dogra, a resident of Jammu region of IIOJK was shot dead by unidentified assailants in broad daylight on a busy road at Sector 67 in P Mohali  in  Punjab state in India.
The Indian police and forensic teams said at least 19 bullets were fired at him by unidentified assailants.The police said they suspect the murder could be the fallout of an enmity. The body of the deceased was taken to the civil hospital of the city.agencies
