Indian Army opened fire on protesters, kills civilian in Kupwara Kashmir

Srinagar, Thursday, April 27th, 2017: A defenseless Kashmiri was killed and several others were injuried after Indian forces fire on unarmed people during protest in Panzgam village of Kupwara.
The local were demanding body of two youth who were killed by Indian army during a clash   in front of Indian Army camp . However, reports said that,  Indian Army fired on the protesters resulting in the killing one person and injuries to alteast ten people. Most of them are bullet hit.
The victim has been Identified as 55-years Mohammad Yousuf Bhat, son of  Abdul Aziz Bhat, from Panzgam. Local reports said that, Bhat was hit by bullet and succumbed on way to hospital.
Sources said that protests have intensified after the killing of the civilian.
Meanwhile, series of unrelenting student protests from April 15 marked by clashes and shutdowns continued to sway the length and breadth of the Kashmir valley, today, against the brutalities and Indian illegal rule/ occupation of Jammu and Kashmir by India.
Thousands of college and Higher secondary shcool students raising anti-India and pro-freedom slogans marched on the streets in Srinagar, Sopore, Shopian, Pulwama, Kupwara and other parts to condemn the brutalities of Indian forces and ill-treatment meted out to the student community. The students were demanding freedom.
