Srinagar, April 24: Mohammad Ashraf Lone, 32, son of Abdul Rashid, a resident of Chattipora Sopore, was shot dead by unidentified gunmen in Baramulla district on Sunday.

The deceased is survived by his  pregnant wife and two minor children and was a tutor at Darul Uloom Wagoora, Nowpora.
Station house officer police station Sopore told KTNS that police recovered the strangulated body and has started investigation. “He is poor man and preliminary investigations did not reveal his links with anybody,” he said adding the body will be handed over to his family members after postmortem.
